Ron brings over 25 years of direct experience with early stage companies and start ups in the high tech area. While holding positions such as VP of Sales at Protus IP Solutions he increased sales by over 1000 % so the company was recognized by Profit Magazine as one of the five fastest growing companies in Canada.
Prior he was Executive Vice-President & General Manager of Corel Computer, General Manager of GEAC Canada and Vice-President of Marketing and Operations with Crowntek where as one of the earliest employees he was instrumental in growing the company to annual sales of $ 350,000,000.
Ron has created and managed world wide sales teams and generated over a billion dollars of revenue through direct and indirect channels nationally and internationally.
When Ron has leisure time, he is actively involved with his young son, coaching a variety of sports, and an avid student of Social Networking.
Vice President Client Services
Mike is a Senior Business Analyst, and a specialist in Customer Service and Support and Project Implementation. Experienced with large scale, multi-disciplinary projects, he has expertise in all aspects of the development lifecycle: requirements definition and documentation, project proposal development, management of client expectations, systems design and architecture, development, testing, roll-out, and training.
He is highly valued for his ability to be placed in difficult situations and “get the job done” to the client’s satisfaction, even under the highest pressure, bringing teams together to help them produce the highest quality results under difficult conditions.
His extensive experience turning business process needs into viable, manageable requirements has made him a valuable asset in the current employment realities.
Mike is also a certified Ferrier (blacksmith) and also runs a working farm raising free-range chickens, pigs and a variety of other livestock.
Director of Sales
Beau is a Sales Professional. He has been highly successful working with organizations such as Protus, nAble, Sitebrand and a variety of others. He is one of the few who understands that selling is a profession and in order to be sustained a true partnership must be achieved.
He recently founded Beacon Consulting which is an outsourced Sales Consulting organization working mainly with early companies which lack the focus and experience to take their products and/or services to market.
Beau has been heavily involved in the Fitness industry and was Mr. Junior Ottawa. Nowadays he gets most of his exercise chasing and raising his young family.
Vice President Administration
Linda brings years of international marketing experience to the company along with a thorough understanding of the pressures of the political system and the sometimes complex relationship between government and it’s citizens.
She began her career in the Prime Minister’s Press Office, and travelled extensively to China, Europe, the Caribbean and elsewhere handling media relations. Wearing both tourism and trade hats during her career, she played an integral part in trade missions and shows. In addition, counseled Canadian companies and carried out export trade, investment and tourism programs for various markets, including the US, China, Europe, and SE Asia; and handled bilateral/trade relations in the Asia Pacific region. Linda was posted to Washington D.C., Boston and New Delhi.
With Linda’s perspective of working inside government, creating business and relationships within the private sector, and her attention to detail, brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table.
